The Project has included opportunities to participate in public consultation, as well as project information and updates on progress including through this website and events. In addition to the formal consultation opportunities, the project team welcomes any feedback or questions that members of the public may have at any stage.
The public are encouraged to participate in Public Consultation events which will be held at various stages throughout the project.
Both an Opening and a Preferred Option Public Consultation Events have been held as of now. In both events, the project team has shared with the public the work undertaken to date and the project status. In the recent Preferred Option Public Consultation Event, held face to face and also now available online, the preferred scheme which was identified and developed during 2023 is being shared with the public and feedback is being compiled. A report summarising the feedback received during the event will be made available in January 2024.
The next opportunity for you to review the scheme and provide your feedback will be during the project planning submission, currently scheduled for the second half of 2024.
