Preferred Option Public Consultation Event

The Public Consultation Event for the Preferred Option of the Carrickmines Shanganagh River Flood Relief Scheme will be held the 13th of December 2023 from 4:30pm to 8:00pm at the Rathmichael Parish National School, Shankill. More details can be found in the link above.

DLRCC have recently appointed Murphy Geospatial to undertake ground level surveys at several locations throughout the catchment where flood protection measures may be required. The surveys will provide accurate information on the catchment land features near the proposed measures.

Channel, Structure and Threshold Survey

As part of the preliminary project phase for the Carrickmines Shanganagh River Flood Relief Scheme, a channel, structure and threshold survey is being undertaken by Murphy Geospatial from Monday 11th of April.
